This annual event is brought to you by a group of volunteers working hand in hand with the City.
A live tree is selected from a local land owner and the city places it downtown. Volunteers work to purchase and provide ornaments to the Mulvane community free of charge. The ornaments are personalized and returned to the volunteers. The city crews put on the lights and the ornaments.
The Saturday after Thanksgiving, the community gathers for free hot chocolate, and Christmas carols & the official lighting of the Community Christmas Tree. Would you like to help? Contact us!
This free annual event began in 2014 and takes place in Downtown Mulvane at 11:30am on the Saturday preceding Easter.
More than 20 Golden Eggs are hidden from the Museum on West Main Street to the East End of Main Street Park. These plastic eggs are well hidden as to provide an activity for people of all ages, including teens and adults. Pastel colored plastic eggs that are not golden are meant for kids under the age of 12 and may contain candy or
other small prize.
If you'd like to help organize this event or donate a prize please contact us!
These free family friendly performances take place in Main Street Park every June.
Although this event is sponsored by the Mulvane Community Foundation, it is through the generosity of the donors that we are able to continue to enjoy Ballet in the Park.
If you'd like to donate funds to help bring these performances to Mulvane, please contact us or donate here.
This annual event begins at noon on the 4th of July & goes from the Mulvane Middle School down 2nd Avenue to Main Street Downtown Mulvane ending at Cobb Park. The parade features beautiful restored classic cars, kids on decorated bikes (you can participate by showing up at the middle school with your bike at 11:30am), Mulvane’s extensive line of public safety vehicles, as well as other floats and groups.
Once the parade is over, cars are on display near Cobb Park, as well as free kid’s games with prizes and free ice cream served with the help of the Mulvane Patriots Baseball Team. Contact us if you'd like to help or donate!
This fall festival began in 2016 and features
